The girl is Faye, she's a bit grumpy but it's okay as long as you do what she says. The other one that looks like a girl actually isn't - I know, it's a bit confusing and stupid, but he's Sass. I dunno what his real name is, I don't think it could be really 'Sass'... but I mean nothing else about him makes sense, so why not his name.
